SAVE YOUTHNESS...
The animals and birds are using the semen only during the time of sex with their partners.
So that these male creatures stay away from all infertility and related sex ailments.
But,the men are not worried about wasting the semen;so only the human kind suffers a lot of sexual ailments.
All such immoral sexual activities only have lead the human race to all venereal diseases and needless to say AIDS also.
It has been emphasized that all the non-vegetarian foods,which stimulate the mind to involve in such immoral sexual temptations,and leading to the loss of semen and consequently youthness too,should be avoided.
If this reproductive fluid (semen) is used in the natural way,its okay.
And on violating this,the nature will definitely punish.
Save the semen and live courageously.

YOUTHFUL LIFE
Sperm is always linked with sex in our day to day life.
The person who lost sperm is considered to have some ailment -as per the old mythology.
Wasting the semen fluid that contains the sperms in immoral ways has becoming increased practice.
According to the western medical system, the loss of semen does not cause any harm.
But,the indian systems of medicine says that each drop of semen is equivalent to 60 drops blood.
It is not wrong if the semen gets eliminated during dreams or by any natural ways.
But ,if it is eliminated purposely by some activities like masturbation, etc.. is an unhealthy practice which may render the person very weak.
It is better to have sex with the partner once in 15 days.
By losing the semen which is one among the water element,will cause the state similar to blood loss.
Such state will lead to painful limbs,loss of memory capacity,and yields an aged look to the youth who losses it.
So, consider the semen like your blood.Avoid wasting it in artificial and fancy ways.
Saving the semen and leading a healthy life,no doubt,will provide you a immuneful and youthful life.

BREATHING MEDICATION
In our previous blog,told you some breathing technics.
This time ,am telling you about some breathing
medication that is very important.
Sit or stand comfortably in an erect posture& take deep breath.
Think your head to feet.
1* head
2*Face
3*Hands
4*Chest
5*Abdomen
6*legs
7*Feet
From 1st point to the last point , take deep breath and think about that point.And send your breathing air simply silently on each part.
Everyday do this simple breathing medication to get good healthy and happy life.
Do this breathing medication any time on emty
stomach at open air.
Try to take breathing medication every day (10 to 20 minutes )& enjoy your's self !?

BREATHING PRACTICE
All of us are breathing usually.
While breathing,inhaling thru the nostrils and exhaling thru the mouth is a good practice as we have seen in our earlier blog.
Now,we'll see the method of correcting the breathe.
Sit in an easy chair (or any other chair you prefer) in a posture so that your face looks upwards.
Now,you inhale the air and exhale it as we have told earlier.
Practice this for atleast 5 to 10 minutes.
OR
Lay down on a carpet in facing upward position and perform the same practice of breathing for 10 to 20 minutes as you are in a relaxed posture.
You can keep your eyes open or closed also.
Tortoise breathes once every minute which is the reason for its longevity and also its calmness and for itself safeguarding.
We,the humans ,breathe 18 to 24 times per minute.
By practicing the above breathing method,we can also reduce our respiratory rate from 14 to 18 times.
The practice of deep breathing provides sufficient circulation of fresh air in the body which inturn leads to healthy muscles and tissues.Also the vital organs of our body are properly nourished by all the nutrients.
There is no doubt that such circulation and organ functions will provide a healthy life.
Please,try to practice this on empty stomach and during early morning is preferred to the evenings.

BREATHE FOR DRUGLESS LIFE
AIR
Is one among the five elements.No life without this.Generated from earth,is our breathe hence is our life.
Air has become polluted by advancements in science and machineries.The only way to get the pure air is by growing trees.
A normal human breathes 18 to 24 times per minute.A change in this rate is an indication of some disease.
Such abnormality may be due to diseases of the urinary system,circulatory system,and or excitement etc..
Maintaining a normal respiratory rhythm is essential fpr physical and mental equilibrium.
Proper breathing stimulates the excretion of wastes from the body,improve memory,concentration,and immunity.This increases the vital energy flowing thru the body.
Proper breathing involves "a deep inhalation thru the nostrils(abdomen should be pulled inside simultaneously)and exhalation of the inhaled air thru the mouth.There is no need to hold the breathe for a while and immediate exhalation is preferred.This method ensures proper circulation of air in the body.
Practicing this at a open space like beach,park,farms,temples,etc..,where there is free movement of air is better.
A little bid of effort is required initially to bring this in practice.
Suitable time for performing this breathing practice is between 5 to 6 am & pm in morning and evening respectively.
He who breathes properly will have a conscious,loving,beautiful and balanced mind and body.
So,breathe properly to have an ill free,evil free,and confident prosperous life

WATER----part--two...
There are something more to blog about water.
In our previous blog on water we have missed onething.i.e during the time of diarrhoea&dysentery atleast 200ml of water should be taken after each stool passage.
Insufficient water intake leads to memory loss,drowsiness,dizziness,head ache&sunstroke etc....
If u r doing aerobics,yoga&wandered in sun,don't take water immediately while swwating. Take water after sweat dries out.In such cases it is preferable to take one more litre of water per day.
If you feel over thirsty,please check 'ur blood sugar level&consult the physician and don't just drink water blindly.
As u know,in some temples,herbal water is provided as "prasadha"&this is not to be underestimated as it serves as medication at many situations.(we will come in details of it later)
There can be no life without water.Use such precious water processed by the method u prefer,at its limits&lead a prosperous life like water.

WATER ---- H-OH
There is no world without water. water is one among the five elements we knowabout these facts......
And about the water in our body ?!...
It is in the form of blood, saliva, bile, lacrimal secretion, Urine ,sweet and all other secretions in the the body.
The organs connected with the water element are kidney' urinary bladder, blood vessels & capillaries and this is for
information only. we are wasting water like any thing. We should drink it only at the times of thirsty :In this way ,water also
becomes a medicine.
Renal stone formation occurs due to insufficient water intake and by controlling normal urination.So persons having the
above problems should drink twice the normal quantity of water (not less then six litres)ok!
those with renal problems, should follow their doctor "s advice in drinking water.
On getting up from the bed, a normal person should drink 600ml to 1200ml of water.
this will clear the digestive tract and relieve constipation persons having fever, should take not less then six liters of
water at frequent intevals. This will help to reduce the fever and also tiredness.Those having diarrhoea and dysentery also
should drink refrigerated or cold water as it slowls down the digestive processes which may turn into an infection or phlegm.
So always use filtered ordinary ground water.For colling effect we can use mudpots.ook!
It is better to avoid drinking water while taking food--as this can alter the digestion --20---to--30 minites before or after food is
suatible to drink water. Water 20--minites before food will help to reduce obesity.Water 30 minites after food enhances digestion. Also taking water in sitting postuice is better for health.
Drinking a small quantity of water before taking any oral medication, will provide an easy passage for it avoid chorinated water which causes assssthmaic problems.
Ensure the purity of the water sorce from which you get it, as nowadays the drainage also gets mixed with water lines.
Adding herbal leaves like tulsi (ocimum sancum) to drinking water is good for health.
use good water and lead a healthy life.ok..

NATURAL WAY
1.We are all now living in an artificial atmosphere.We have to enter into the Natural way of living and here we are going to discuss some of the methods of it.
2.Nature's way starts from birth.When the child is in the womb ,is fed by mother's blood,during which period the mother eats also for the foetus.But when the baby comes out from the mom's womb,it is not possible for the foetus to take all the foods&it can only take the mother's milk which is a nature's gift.But people nowadays feeding their babies with the tinned food products.This affects the metabolic processes of the neonates and make them vulnerable to infections.To avoid the complications ,mothers should not hesitate to breastfeed.By this ,the beauty of the breasts will not go away.
3.There is a widespread usage of cosmetics for the babies & also the grown ups. Actually these cosmetics won't impart any beauty .In fact they are merely wastes. For bathing, just use ordinary water that is warmed by sunlight exposure and avoid using more&more of soaps&shampoos.While bathing just massage 'ur body with the aid of a towel.Don't use hair driers for drying 'ur hair.If you require any cleanser while bathing,make use of soapnut powder or any other flour that suits u.
4.All the problems like arthritis,sleeplessness,histeria,digestive problems are the contributions of beverages like coffee,tea&other soft drinks containing only cocoa&coloring agents.They have no calorific values & are just stimulants.People taking Homoeopathic medicines are adviced not to take such drinks which is an indicative of their toxic nature in specific cases.
5.Avoid taking refrigerated food materials.Because no one knows what has happened inside such foodstuffs. Refrigeration just preserves the external appearance ¬ the real freshness.Always eat fresh foods &properly cooked foods that are cooked not less than 4 to 5 hours before.
6.Take 'ur breakfast between 7 to 9 am.,lunch 1 to 3 pm&dinner between 7 to 9 pm.
7.Drink 3 to 6 tumblers of lukewarm water on empty stomach.This will relieve constipation problem &improve 'ur health.
8.Don't drink water inbetween when taking 'ur food.This will lead to gastric problems & indigestion.Drink water before or after 20 to 30 minutes.
